Description
Liquid fraction derived from the soy bean extraction process; which has passed through the refining and deodorization process, and the addition of TBHQ, in order to preserve the quality in which it was produced. For its origin is 100% vegetable and does not contain trans-fat or cholesterol.

Use- Biscuits: Can be used as a release agent and dough lubricant in automatic equipment.
- Baking: This oil is ideal to use for all types of baking pre-mixtures. Due to its characteristics, provides excellent lubrication to the dough, bright crumb, small alveoli and increased volume in the final product.
