    Fat prepared based on physically refined and deodorized palm kernel oil, hydrogenated to saturation. For its origin is 100% vegetable and does not contain trans-fat or cholesterol.

    • Chocolate making and coatings: specially designed for making coatings, chocolate substitutes and other types of goodies. Ideal to replace cocoa butter. It has a very low solids content at body temperature, which brings out the aromas and flavors.
