Use- Institutional: Corona Margarine has the advantage that it can be used to prepare a large number of products. Because of its flavor, color and texture, Corona Margarine enables to prepare bakery products, enhance the flavor and improve the aroma in certain types of breads and even in flaky pastry. Excellent for making dry pastry, Shortcrust pastry, tortas chilenas pastry and a variety of whipped pastry and cakes. Thanks to its formulation, Corona Margarine allows the ingredients to be incorporated in a short time. Due to its smoothness and texture, creams easily and allows a good retention of the incorporated air in very short time.
Ingredients- Refined vegetable oil (TBHQ maximum 0.02% as an antioxidant), water, salt, mono and diglycerides as emulsifiers, vitamins ("A" 35000 I.U / kg, "D" 1000 I.U / kg), beta-carotene as a natural dye and provitamin "A ", sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate maximum 0.01% as preservatives.

Use- Institutional: This margarine was specifically created to lower the production costs of cakes and cookies, without affecting the quality of the final product. The benefits of this margarine are: up to 50% cream time reduction, 5 to 7% volume increase, 5% decrease in cooking time. It can also be used to prepare any kind of breads and cookies.

Description
This margarine is special for flaky pastry dough and semi-flaky pastries. It consists of an emulsion of physically refined vegetable oils to which they have added dyes, dairy solids, emulsifiers, flavorings and preservatives. For its origin is 100% vegetable and does not contain trans-fat or cholesterol.
Presentations- Box (sheets): 16 kg (8 units. X 2 kg)
Use- Baking: Given its plasticity characteristics, it can be applied manually or mechanically without breaking the dough, homogeneously distributed, forming thin sheets during the flaky pastry preparation process. Because of its melting point, this margarine is resistant to high temperature, which provides a better separation of the sheets and layers of margarine and dough. Decreasing the amount used in the preparation and improving its efficiency. The good development of the generated layers and homogeneous baking, provide the characteristics of a high quality flaky pastry.
